Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human BCMA/TNFRSF17 Trimer protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 29.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 30-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human BCMA Trimer at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human BAFF protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 6.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
